Ertesi gün ilk olarak yumusak bir hamur yoguruyorum, ic malzemelerini hazirlarken hamur dinleniyor. Bu arada soganlari kücük kücük dogruyorum. Ispanaklari incecik dogruyorum, icine peynirini ufaliyorum, tuzunu ve pul biberini atiyorum. Böylece ic malzemesi hazir. Yaklasik 8 büyük bezeyi 25 cm capinda acip yuvarlak bir borcama aliyorum. Acmis oldugum bezenin önünü ve arkasini 1/2 kadar cay bardagi sivi yag ile iyice yagliyorum. Bu sekilde hizli hizli üst üste olacak sekilde tüm bezeleri aciyor, iyice ama iyice yagliyorum. </span></div>

Bir kenarina ic harcindan uzunlamasina koyup, sariyorum. Tepsinin ortasindan baslayarak, sara sara tepsiyi dolduruyorum. Önceden isitilmis firinda 180 derecede iyice kizarana kadar pisiriyorum.</span></div>
